May 17 VHL Family Walk and Picnic

Hi Friends of the VHLA!

Pack your picnic lunch and join our VHL Alliance family for our 2nd Annual VHL Walk at the Tidal Basin in Washington D.C.

What better way to spend a D.C Saturday in Spring than grabbing your family, a picnic blanket, and your walking shoes and seeing some of the sights. We will have music, cornhole, face painting, and fellowship as we raise awareness for VHL programs, treatments, and research updates.

All funds go towards VHL Alliance educational and research programs.

When: Saturday, May 17 at noon

Where: DC Tidal Basin - Paddle Boat Parking (3 hour parking is very affordable and convenient)

Meet other families navigating VHL and the clinicians/ researchers who treat them.

Enjoy a lovely spring day seeing the MLK, FDR, and Jefferson memorials around the 2.0 mile stroll around the Tidal Basin

Hi Team DMVHL -

I am so excited to see you tomorrow for our 2nd Annual VHL Walk! The weather is looking good! Mostly sunny and 85 degrees! Bring out the picnic baskets, walking shoes and wear your VHL Blue! We will have cornhole, some tunes, and face painting for the kids!

3 hour parking is pretty affordable

We did it! YOU did it! We surpassed our $5K Goal so I upped it to $6K. Let's see if we can meet it by the end of the day tomorrow!
